Of course, the use of T5 heat treatment can reduce the cost of heat treatment, so that products barely meet certain standards. It is not difficult to see that the microstructure of T6 heat treated aluminum alloy is more stable under the display of detector. Heat treatment precipitation hardening will make the alloy elements precipitate into the grains in the form of Mg2Si and al2cu fine coherent particles in the aging stage, making the alloy structure more stable. After the improvement of physical and mechanical properties, the hardness and ductility have been improved obviously, which effectively solves the defects of easy deformation and corrosion during the use of the product.
